What does it take for an old Beetle to be worth millions? Sometimes the currency helps, as the oldest VW Beetle in Sweden, a 1948 “Type 1” recently sold for 1,350,000 SEK. That’s still only about $150,000, falling far from the million-dollar mark. But, there’s a black Beetle for sale in Portland, Oregon, with the asking price of a cool $1 million.
The Oregon Beetle is far newer than the Swedish car, as it was built in 1964. The unique thing is that it has only 23 miles on the odometer and remains absolutely original in every respect. With a car like this, there has to be a backstory, and this one is worth hearing: A mechanic and car collector by the name of Rudy Zvarich simply bought the car to act as a spare car, if his 1957 daily driver Beetle would

What is the Razer Phone 2?
Avid gamer looking for a perfect mobile fragging station? Then the Razer Phone 2 may be the handset for you.
The imaginatively named Razer Phone 2 is the second phone from gaming peripherals and hardware specialist Razer, and according to the company, it has been ‘designed by gamers for gamers’.
At first glance it’s not the most interesting gaming phone to arrive this year. It doesn’t have the ridiculous design or wealth of peripherals offered by the competing ROG Phone. Instead it’s a 0.5 upgrade that aims to fix minor issues that hampered the original Razer Phone’s appeal to non-gamers.
But the changes Razer has made, which include an improved max screen brightness, upgraded internals and the addition of wireless charging, are positive. These, coupled with the still excellent sound system and super slick, HDR-ready, 120Hz refresh-rate screen, mean the phone is still a dream

Washington County deputies are searching for a suspect after a stabbing early Wednesday morning.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a report of an assault in the 3300 block of Southwest Garden View Avenue at around 1:16 a.m.
When deputies arrived to the scene, they found a 33-year-old man suffering from stab wounds. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the sheriff’s office, the victim told deputies he went over to a friend’s house where someone came out of the tree line and stabbed him several times.
Deputies, along with a Beaverton police K9, searched the area for the suspect, but did not locate anyone.
The sheriff’s office said it was later determined that the suspect, identified as 33-year-old Julio Aguilar-Garcia, stole and fled in a gold 2012 Cadillac Escalade with Oregon license plate 266EZY.
Deputies believe the victim and Aguilar-Garcia know each other.

Beaverton Police say three different vehicles struck a pedestrian who was killed while attempting to cross Tualatin Valley Highway early Monday morning.
Only the first vehicle stopped.
Uriel Santiago-Sarabia, 24, from unincorporated Washington County, died at the scene.
According to police, Santiago-Sarabia was crossing the 16000 block of the highway, from north to south, just before 3:30 a.m. Monday. The driver of a westbound Cadillac Escalade struck him in the right lane and stopped to render aid, police said. Santiago-Sarabia was then hit by two additional vehicles, which did not stop and continued west on TV Highway.
The driver of the Escalade stayed at the scene, was not arrested or issued any citations, and is cooperating with the investigation, police said.
Beaverton Police Department is seeking information regarding the drivers of the two addition vehicles who struck Santiago-Sarabia. One vehicle was described as a large truck and the other a sedan.
Anyone with information regarding the two

The 2019 ATS-V is the kind of car that many thought Cadillac would never build. It’s a high-performance compact coupe with a radar lock on cars such as the Mercedes-AMG C 63 and the BMW M4. It’s all about power, intuitive reactions from a well-tuned chassis, and an appearance that boldly announces its ability. Introduced for the 2016 model year, the ATS-V is the Cadillac you’re least likely to see wearing a vinyl “carriage roof” or wide whitewall tires. If your white shoes match your white belt or you think about restoring an old Coupe de Ville, then the ATS-V might not be for you.
There aren’t many big changes between the 2016 and 2019 editions of the ATS-V, although notably Cadillac has dropped the sedan version for 2019. The beating heart of the ATS-V remains a twin-turbocharged version of
