Maybe you shouldn’t take this 1973 Chevrolet Camaro to normal places a dune buggy would go, but you can try. It certainly doesn’t look as if it’s the right machine for some off-road sand blasting.
However, it is kind of cool. We peg the front end parts to be from a 1973 Camaro, judging by the grille and headlamp assembly, but the rear is a weird mashup of C3 Corvette, too. This may be one of the strangest Craigslist finds we’ve seen in a long time.
The seller states the Camaro kit car/dune buggy is “very rare” (because of course it is) and is powered by a 1500 cc engine. The seller also has a real Volkswagen dune buggy for sale as well and is looking to let both of these oddball machines go for $5,000.
If just the Camaro-Corvette mashup strikes your fancy, it’s only $3,500 or best offer.

General Motors is keen on recreating Skynet. Not really, but it has connected a quarter of its 30,000 automated machines to the internet to reduce downtime and failures. Bloomberg reports GM has already seen the benefits of connecting its robots to the internet, and they’ve avoided helped the automaker avoid 100 potential assembly failures.
“If we can avoid a disruption in our manufacturing, we can save ourselves a significant amount of money,” Mark Franks, director of global automation, said. “It’s a pretty good payback.”
The avoidance comes after the robots analyze data sent to external servers in the cloud. But the internet robots are good at other things, too. They can detect when a particular part is running low and order more, saving time, money and help keep inventories from mounting in offsite facilities.
The automotive industry as a whole has taken to robotics and technology, more than any other

This particular Cadillac CTS-V isn’t at the 2016 SEMA Show, but it should be. D3 Cadillac recently completed work on this widebody, 2016 Cadillac CTS-V and it looks stunning.
The bodykit does an excellent job at beefing up the CTS-V’s already muscular stance and fits some meaty Pilot Super Sport 305/35/R19 345/30/R19. The rubber is wrapped around custom 19-inch Forgeline wheels.
As for power? There arr 725 ponies under the hood. D3 Cadillac has done a full exhaust and header system, plus a D3 intake system. There’s now an upgraded 9.5-inch lower crank pulley, upgraded intercooler system, intercooler pump and, of course, a dyno tune.
Best of all, it’s going up for sale. D3 Cadillac finished the build for BJ Motors in Texas. You can head to the link here to see when it’s listed.

While we wouldn’t put Mario Kart up there with the kings of racing simulators, the fact some of gone through the trouble to make a Chevrolet Volt into the game’s controller is still mighty cool.
A group of hobby hackers decided to undertake the task of turning the Volt into a full gaming rig and ended up winning multiple awards at HackIllinois 2016, according to Road Track. By taking a Raspberry Pi mini computer and plugging it into the Volt’s OBD2 port, the computer is then able to read inputs coming from the steering, throttle and brake sensors. Mario Kart is then booted up on the mini computer with the car becoming the controller.
Mario Kart is then booted up on the mini computer with the car becoming the controller. That’s a simplified explanation of how this whole contraption works, but the hackers even managed to make the

In all likelihood, were the king himself still alive, he would object to anyone’s rear end but his own occupying the pilot seat. Of course, he’s died and gone up to heaven (or hell, depending on your opinion of rock n’ roll music), but there’s still another obstacle to your owning this exquisite piece of motoring/rock n’ roll Americana: the price.
This 1972 Cadillac DeVille station wagon is listed for a whopping $1.5 million on eBay.
That might seem absurd at first, until you do a bit of reading and discover that the car is just one of two Cadillac DeVille wagons ever produced, the other formerly belonging to Dean Martin. Or the fact that the spokes are made of 24-karat gold, as is the Cadillac badge. Or even the fact that it was Elvis Presley’s go-to car while he was on the road, out of the countless

The New Name for Fast
This is the first of Cadillac’s new Vsport models, which aim to bridge the gap between the brand’s standard offerings and its ultra-high-performance V-Series lineup. In this case, Vsport means an upgraded V6, standard all-wheel drive and a retuned suspension.
And this isn’t just any V6; it’s a 3.6-liter powerhouse that develops 410 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. General Motors engineers borrowed heavily from the tricks they learned from cars like the supercharged 6.2-liter V8 in the Camaro ZL1 and Cadillac CTS-V.
This engine is 90 percent new compared to the conventional 3.6-liter V6, and is structurally jacked up everywhere to handle the big boost. The net result is that there’s brutal shove on top from nearly any speed. The torque drop-off at the 5,600-rpm redline is fairly pronounced, but that’s of little consequence. By that time, the

“If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything.” Sage advice, perhaps, but sometimes, it’s just about impossible to follow.
Such is the case with this 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood limousine, listed on eBay which sold for $17,100. How does one keep their mouth shut in the face of such blatant disregard for the virtues of tact, restraint, and common decency?
We’re being (mostly) facetious, of course; it’s really not that bad. We could get behind the idea of a donked-out Cadillac limo. The seller claims to have invested over $150,000 into the car, which was showcased at “opening games for the University of Miami,” according to the listing. It also appears in Triple C’s music video for the single “Go“ featuring Rick Ross and Birdman, or so they say, although we can’t say we were able to spot it. You can, however, see it for a split second in

5 Series in Its Sights
In the past the CTS was a ‘tweener, larger than a BMW 3 Series but smaller than the larger 5 Series. With the entry-level ATS now in Cadillac’s portfolio, GM engineers had the freedom to size and position the 2014 Cadillac CTS more squarely against the 5 Series. Thus the 2014 CTS is larger than the outgoing generation, stretching 4.2 inches longer and riding on a 1.2-inch-longer wheelbase. It’s longer, in fact, than both the 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, with a wheelbase that’s right between the two.
Whereas the current 5 Series is derived from its larger 7 Series brother, the 2014 CTS is built on the lighter ATS platform. The result is that the 5 Series is porkier than it should be, and the CTS is more efficient with its mass. It’s hard to describe the
