Oregon’s ‘Military Mistress,’ who married 15 servicemen, wanted for check fraud

An Oregon woman who made national headlines in 2010 for marrying at least 14 U.S. servicemen and stealing their money is back in the spotlight with a new beau and new allegations.

According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Bobbi Ann and Zackerie House are wanted for writing a series of bad checks in Oregon, Colorado and Oklahoma.

Bobbi Ann House, 39, was dubbed the “Military Mistress” in connection with a 2011 fraud conviction. Then known as Bobbi Ann Finley, she was sentenced to three years in an Alabama prison after pleading guilty to theft by deception, according to ABC News.

ABC News correspondent Chris Cuomo assembled nine of House’s former husbands for an interview in 2010. Ex-spouse Ben Giles described her as “a domestic terrorist” who targeted and destroyed the lives of military members.
