V8 Supercars Holden Sandman Outfitted To Promote Cancer Awareness

The iconic V8 Supercars Holden Sandman has a new graphics scheme for this month, as men’s cancer awareness charity, Blue September, takes over the vehicle, according to GoAuto.

Blue September is a charity to raise awareness for testicular cancer, a front often overlooked. V8 Supercars has decided to make the message loud and clear with the Sandman’s 637 hp V8, allowing the one-off Commodore to rocket from 0-60 mph in 3 seconds.

The campaign has a goal to raise $400,000 AUD to fund early diagnosis equipment for the Australian Prostate Cancer Research and Australian Cancer Research Foundation.
