It’s now been more than 15 years since Cadillac reinvented itself with Led Zeppelin-infused ads and an edgy Art Science design theme that really showed up the lozenge-shaped exteriors of the time.
Although that reopened the door to Cadillac to a generation of Baby Boomers, now the American luxury brand is focusing in on Gen X and Millennial shoppers, with more voluptuous styling and lavishly appointed interiors, brimming with technology, and more finely honed than ever to delight from the driver’s seat. That new thrust is kicked off with the Cadillac CT6 sedan, and the 2017 XT5 crossover closely follows.
